  • Gentle Yoga/ Chronic Pain Taster Sessions

    Second in a series of free yoga taster classes.

    WHO: West Armagh Consotium Healthy Living Centre 

    WHERE: WAC function hall. Sherrys Field Sports Complex

    COMMENTS: This is a free taster session targettin people living with chronic pain aiming to gently introduce them to the benefits of yoga.

    The walks take place on alternating nights and may be subject to change for weather conditions.

    Afternoon Tea Dance

    COMMENTS: This is a tea dance organised by the Westender Seniors usually taking place on the third Wednesday of the month, though this can vary so check calendar. 

    There is an admission charge of £3 with light refreshments served.

    Music will be provided by musicians from ' Ria's Ceili House.'
