Menssheds premises are located in the ‘Old Coppersmith Entry’ English Street.

They offer a wide variety of programmes and classes.

Ladies walking club taking place on alternating  night .

WHO:Drumarg Community Association

WHERE: Starts off at Drumarg Comunity House ( Teach Séamas Mac Tréinfhir )

COMMENTS: This is a free course designed to encourage pyhisical activity with a social element . Contact Jackie on 07599 992825

The walks take place on alternating nights and may be subject to change for weather conditions.

The calendar date is only a guidline and anyone intersted in joining should contact the association.

Physical Disability Workshop

COMMENTS: This is a mornig workshop organised  by the Physical Disability Team to allow service providers the opportunity to dispaly their offered services for people living with phycical disabilities. Also to afford the service providers the opportunity to exchange information and ideas.

Chest Heart and Stroke also deliver a stroke support class on Thursday mornings, however these are not always on a weekly basis.
