  • Pike Fishing Competition

    A Pike Fishing Competition in memory of Eamon McKinney

    WHO: Callan Street Community Association & Callan River Wildlife Group

    WHERE: Clay Lake, Darkley

    COMMENTS: The entrance fee for the competition is £10 per person, covering two rods. Proceeds to McKinney Family's chosen charity.

    Under -16 anglers must be accompmnyed by an adult.

    Free OCN Training In Sexual Health

    WHO: Public Health Agency

    WHERE: Armagh Community Hospital, Tower Hill, Armagh

    COMMENTS: This is a 2 day training course in HIV, STIs and Contraception. The course is accredited at Level 2 by the Open College Network, and as it is funded by the Public Health Agency, places are free to those working in the Southern Trust area. It will be of benefit to anyone working or volunteering in either the statutory or voluntary sectors who would like to increase their understanding of sexual health issues.
