Boot camp got off to a start this morning in Clarkes Fitness on the Ballycrummy Road. Covering four weeks in May the camp is split into two sessions, mornings and evenings. Four weeks of intense training are on offer to those who have signed up. We wish them luck.
There was a slight change to the times in that the evening sessions will now start at 8pm instead of 7pm.This was to accommodate the use of the facilities. Given the changeable weather those involve don the camp may well be grateful that indoor facilities are at hand for all classes.
